Bob Biddle serves as an Outreach Associate for the Campaign for College Opportunity. He is based in the Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining the Campaign, Biddle served as Chief of Staff for Assemblyman Tom Harman. Biddle has more than 20 years experience in government and the nonprofit sector. He served eight years on the Planning Commission for the City of Huntington Beach and 12 years (four as President) on the Board of Huntington Beach Tomorrow, Inc., a community watchdog organization. He has also worked on state and local political campaigns since 1986.

Biddle received his bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. Biddle also attended California State University, Fullerton and Golden West Community College in Huntington Beach.
