Elizabeth Robles serves as a Program Associate for The Campaign for College Opportunity.She is based in the Los Angeles office.
Until this summer, Elizabeth served as a Public Allies Fellow, a 10 month-long AmeriCorps program designed to develop community leaders who are civically engaged and active in various nonprofits and organizations. Now that she has completed her Public Allies program, Elizabeth is working full-time for The Campaign for College Opportunity.
Elizabeth is the first in her family to attend college, graduating from the University of Notre Dame in May of 2008 with a degree in Philosophy.While at Notre Dame she was an active member of El Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán or MEChA, a student organization dedicated to social change. As a member, she served as a mentor to local youth and fellow students, raised awareness on campus about immigration and worked with the Student Farmworker Alliance for farmworker rights.
