Stephanie Romero-Crockett | Program Associate
Stephanie Romero-Crockett currently serves as a Program Associate for the Campaign for College Opportunity. She is based in the Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining the campaign, Stephanie worked in Teach For America’s Los Angeles office as the Program Coordinator. She served as the support for program logistics and manager of AmeriCorps program compliance for 400 corps members serving as teachers. Her commitment to seeing quality education and opportunities in particularly under resourced communities was born out of this experience.
Before her move to Los Angeles, Stephanie spent the summer in Palestine volunteering for a conflict resolution center, learning about the political situation in the middle east, and learning the Arabic language.
She has had numerous years of involvement and volunteer experience in local non-profits throughout California and Colorado focused on social justice issues. Ms. Romero-Crockett attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA and holds a Communications degree focused in Conflict Resolution.
