If you are 12 years old or younger, you MUST complete a Twelve & Younger Parental Permission Form BEFORE registering online.

  • After you have registered, complete your written word, poster, and/or TV Ad (you may submit in any or all categories - but you may only win one scholarship award)
  • Fill-out an Entry Form no later than March 15, 2008
  • Mail a copy of your completed Entry Form along with your entry to us (if you submit a written word entry, you can enter it in the Entry Form itself and save a step!)

Once you have registered and are ready to submit your entry, you must enter an "Entry Form" which you can also do online.
