  • Fill-out an Entry Form no later than March 15, 2008 at 11:59pm (if you mail it, it must be post-marked by this same date).
  • Print a copy of your completed Entry Form along with your entry to us (if you submit a written word entry, you can enter it in the Entry Form itself and save a step!)
  • If you enter more than one category, please send all submissions at one time along with a single Entry Form printout.  We prefer to get your Written Word entry online using the space on this form (below).  There is no need to send a paper copy as well.
